Day 1 - Coaching Development Course

The course will focus on the practical teaching skills and although just one full day, there will be a follow up assignment for all who attend, allowing an opportunity for reflection on what has been learned and to apply these skills in a practical working environment

Ian Edwards was one of the UK leads on the EC funded HERMES Project and wrote 20 of the 60 coaching scenarios for the Project.  Ian is widely regarded by many as one of the UK’s leading practitioners in the UK and has recently developed a number of coaching inputs for Local Authorities including the development of a coaching course for Durham County Council’s Road Safety Unit.   

This opportunity will help trainers to explore there own ability and is suitable for any ADI, who is looking to develop their skills.
